Problem is all the clueless people that cause their own problems then blame the game. If you are adept enough at the game and understand how to gradualy upgrade rooms and level up dwellers, fine. Guess the point you missed is, nobody that follows the way I suggested will be on a forum whining about enemies being OP. Nothing ever bought, no cheats/trainers btw. My goal is to replace them with dwellers with 5+ in those stats, but I just don't need to. My questers/wasteland searchers are still the ones I started using before even having training rooms, and they do fine with 2 Strength/Endurance/Agility/etc (or even 1 in some cases). So, the advice to 'level up all their stats before increasing population' seems a stupidly slow tactic that is uneccessary. The only annoyance is stimpacks, since deathclaws tend to lower everyone's health by 75% before moving onto the next room, and it takes 5 or so rooms to kill them. and I'm perfectly fine being attacked by radscorpions and deathclaws all the time. I've never kicked anyone out, nor tried to slow down nor not-upgrade rooms to lower attacks/fires/etc. I have about a third of the dwellers in stat raising rooms, and haven't bothered to raise any of them past 8 in any stat. I'm sitting at 81 population now, which has been growing slowly from 65ish or so, because I'm tired of moving people around to get them pregnant. People that don't follow this are the ones QQing about enemies being OP. Don't upgrade your rooms or level your dwellers if you don't have to. Kicking out the dwellers that leveled with low E is a sound strategy.
